Lloyd

Lloyd is a Generation 11 Legendary Lancer who brings mechanical bombs, exposed weaknesses and attack-speed effects into hero battles. Raised among Ostermore’s clockmakers, he first built mechanical companions for himself. His friendship with Edith and Mr. Tin later helped turn that talent toward resistance when Phaethon seized their town. His inventions are playful in appearance, but their battle effects need to be read with a craftsman’s attention to detail.

Three bombs and an exposed target

Rapid Bombardment sends three propeller bombs toward the target. Each deals area damage equal to 98% of Lloyd’s Attack at skill level 5. The coefficient is per bomb.

Weakness Focus damages a target and makes it take more damage for three seconds. At level 5, the shot is 140% of Attack and the vulnerability is 20%. This is increased damage taken rather than a 20% Defense reduction.

Practiced Perfection increases Lloyd’s Attack Speed, reaching 30% at level 5. It changes attack cadence, not the Attack value used by the bomb and bullet damage coefficients.

Editorial recommendation: in Arena or Exploration, watch whether the team makes useful attacks during Weakness Focus’s three-second window and whether Lloyd’s bombs cover the enemies that matter. The combination is best assessed through the target’s actual exposure and Lloyd’s continued activity, rather than by adding every displayed percentage together.

Expedition: Lethality disruption and troop support

Iceflare Bomb reduces enemy Lethality for one turn every three turns.

Ingenious Mastery’s 40% chance is fixed; skill levels improve the size of the possible Lethality increase. Treating its maximum bonus as permanently active would turn a chance-based effect into a certainty.

Bird Invasion and Iceflare Bomb both affect enemy Lethality.

Mastercraft Treasure

Frosty Whisper adds damage equal to 15% of Lloyd’s Attack to his normal attacks at weapon skill level 5. It also reduces the target’s Attack Speed by 15% for two seconds, with non-stacking effects. Repeated attacks should not be described as accumulating larger and larger slow percentages.

The additional damage is an Attack-scaled amount, not a generic 15% increase to every skill’s damage. The weapon’s attack-speed slow also differs from Weakness Focus’s damage-taken increase; keeping those effects separate makes the interaction easier to evaluate.

Steel Maze increases Defender Troops’ Attack by 15% at skill level 5. This Expedition defender benefit is separate from Frosty Whisper’s normal-attack effect. The weapon’s reference stat bonuses appear below the regular skills.

Acquisition and development

Lloyd’s listed routes include Hall of Chiefs, King of Icefield, State of Power, Daily Deals, Hero Rally and Foundry Shop. Availability depends on state progression and current rewards. Mythic General Hero Shards can develop him after he is summoned.

Recruitment costs 10 shards, followed by 1,065 across five promotion stages, totaling 1,075 from locked to five stars. His displayed Lancer Attack and Defense are 1,281.02% each. Hero and weapon figures are reference values.
