Description

Jasser is an Epic Marksman with the Growth subclass, combining ranged combat with a city research benefit. Tactical Genius gives him an offensive troop-support role, while Enlightened Warfare increases Research Speed. His personal battle kit adds a three-shot sequence and an Attack Speed reduction against a target, so his value is spread across several distinct jobs.

Hero Recruitment is one listed shard source. Home & Beyond can also offer Jasser or his shards when the event is available, so check its current reward list on your account. Once he is unlocked, Epic General Hero Shards can support his promotion. He belongs to the starting roster; this catalog keeps its G1 grouping for Epic starters rather than presenting him as a later numbered Legendary release. Decide which part of his kit you need before treating every upgrade as equally urgent.

Two reasons to develop Jasser

  • Offensive rally support: Tactical Genius raises damage dealt by all troops, reaching 25% at skill level 5. It is his first Expedition skill, making it the relevant skill when he is your first-slot rally-joining hero and is selected for support.
  • Research utility: Enlightened Warfare increases the city’s Research Speed by 3% / 6% / 9% / 12% / 15%. This can matter separately from whether Jasser currently belongs in your strongest combat lineup.

Read the research bonus correctly

Research Speed is a speed modifier, not the same percentage cut to a research timer. Check the displayed time for the technology you plan to start and the in-game skill requirements. Do not treat this skill as a research-resource discount or assume it adds a second troop damage bonus.

What he does in hero battles

Triple Volley fires three consecutive shots. The third deals area damage, and each shot has its own Attack multiplier. Keep those separate when reading the card instead of assigning the final shot’s coefficient to the whole sequence.

Suppressive Fire combines direct damage with a two-second reduction to the target’s Attack Speed. That is a slow to its attack rate, not a stun or a reduction to its Attack stat. Natural Precision increases Jasser’s own Attack and supports his personal damage output.

Where to use him

PurposePractical guidance
Damage-focused rally joiningTactical Genius is the first-slot support candidate. Follow the rally leader’s requested lineup and skill levels; not every joiner’s eligible skill is selected.
Your own march or rally-leading squadEvaluate Tactical Genius alongside the rest of the lineup. Enlightened Warfare serves city development rather than adding a second direct combat effect.
Arena and ExplorationTest whether the three-shot sequence, area finish and Attack Speed debuff fit the matchup. Keep him protected enough to use that kit rather than choosing him only for the Research Speed bonus.
City researchConsider Enlightened Warfare when research progress is your goal, while checking the actual timer and requirements in-game.

Skill development priorities

Editorial recommendation: prioritize Tactical Genius when Jasser mainly supports offensive rallies. Prioritize Enlightened Warfare when the development benefit is what you are trying to improve. Those roles use different effects, so a research-focused decision should not be presented as a guaranteed increase to battle damage.

For Arena and Exploration, Triple Volley is a natural damage focus, while Suppressive Fire adds a short attack-rate debuff. Natural Precision supports his Attack stat. The listed personal kit has no healing or defensive shield, so cover those needs with teammates if they matter to the fight.

For another all-troop damage-support option, compare Jessie using the actual skill levels and role available to your account. A shared headline percentage does not make every part of two heroes’ kits identical.

Reference stats and shard cost

The displayed stats are reference values. Recruitment costs 10 shards, followed by 1,065 across the five promotion stages, for 1,075 from locked to five stars. Each row in the shard table is an additional stage cost.
