Description

Mia is a Generation 3 Legendary Lancer whose damage, healing and troop support revolve around variable outcomes. Her caravan blends entertainment, unusual merchandise and carefully traded intelligence. The fortune-teller theme is more than decoration: understanding the difference between a base value, a random range and a proc chance is central to reading her skills correctly.

What her cards can change

Fate’s Finale deals Attack-scaled damage and can either lower the target’s Attack by 20% for two seconds or stun it for 1.5 seconds. These are alternative outcomes; the skill should not be described as always applying both.

Bad Omen first establishes a base value from Mia’s Attack. The result then varies from 5% to 600% of that base. At skill level 5 the base is 70% of her Attack, so the 600% figure is not simply 600% of her full Attack.

For example, with an illustrative Attack value of 1,000, the level-5 base would be 700. The stated random endpoints would produce 35 to 4,200 before other combat modifiers and without the exclusive-weapon effect. This explains the formula, not a prediction of the damage shown against a particular opponent.

Guardian of Destiny uses a similar structure to heal the friendly hero with the lowest remaining Health. Its base coefficient rises from 100% to 140% of Mia’s Attack, with recovery ranging from 5% to 400% of that base. A range alone does not tell us how likely each result is, so an assumed average would be misleading.

Evaluating her in Arena and Exploration

Editorial recommendation: judge Mia across more than one battle. A spectacular damage roll or a weak heal may be a poor guide to what your lineup can reliably do. Compare whether her mix of control and variable recovery solves a specific problem, especially against a more direct healing option such as Philly. Avoid building a plan that only succeeds when Mia rolls near the top of a range.

Expedition: debuff, damage bonus and protection

SkillActivation chanceWhat changes
Bad Luck Streak50% on troop attacksThe cursed target takes more damage.
Lucky Charm50% on troop attacksThe attack deals more damage.
Ritual Deciphering40%All friendly troops take less damage.

Each effect’s level values run from 10% to 50%, but the skills do not mean the same thing. A target damage-taken increase, an outgoing damage bonus and incoming damage reduction should not be combined into one guaranteed percentage.

If Mia leads your squad when joining a rally, Bad Luck Streak is her first Expedition skill and is eligible for a selected support slot. That does not guarantee selection or automatically share Lucky Charm and Ritual Deciphering. A rally captain’s own hero squad supplies its broader Expedition skill set.

Fate Crystal

Vision of Truth improves the upper and lower limits of Mia’s fluctuating skills, with a listed 150% increase at skill level 5. It affects the range; it does not promise the maximum outcome.

Rally of Fate increases Rally Troop Attack by 15% at skill level 5. This is a rally effect, separate from the fluctuating damage and healing in hero battles. Fate Crystal’s reference stat bonuses are listed below the regular skills.

Acquisition and shard planning

Lucky Wheel and Daily Deals are listed routes for Mia. Check the active event and rewards in your state before committing resources. Her recruitment cost is 10 shards, followed by 1,065 promotion shards: 1,075 in total from locked to five stars.

The displayed hero and weapon stats are reference values. Mia’s listed Lancer Attack and Defense are 290.23% each. Her actual skill levels, weapon development and repeated battle results are more useful comparison points than a single high-roll screenshot.
