Description

Flora is a Generation 13 Legendary Lancer who uses summoned plants, control and troop-specific debuffs. Her botanical work is important beyond the battlefield: research into preserved seeds helped survivors grow crops in the cold. She often retreats to the greenhouse built with Zinman and Jessie’s help, but her enthusiasm for restoring a greener world also drew her into the New Arcadia project. Her dangerous roses and vines are the combative side of that same fascination with plant life.

A summon needs the right target

Envelopment combines area damage with a two-second stun. Its damage reaches 140% of Flora’s Attack at skill level 5. Rosebloom deals a smaller initial area hit, reaching 40% of Attack, but can leave an Adoria Rose behind when it hits a hero. At level 5, the summoned plant inherits 30% of Flora’s attributes and attacks nearby enemies.

The hero-hit condition matters. An area hit against ordinary escorts alone should not be treated as a guaranteed summon. Rosebloom’s initial damage coefficient and the percentage of inherited attributes also describe different things; adding them together would not produce a meaningful total damage figure.

Nature’s Strength gives Flora and her summoned plants more Health and Defense, reaching 10% Health and 20% Defense at level 5. This is an attribute increase for those beneficiaries, not a heal for the whole team.

Editorial recommendation: watch whether Rosebloom actually connects with an enemy hero, then whether the resulting plant remains close enough to contribute attacks. Compare that sequence alongside Envelopment’s stun. The initial damage number alone misses the summon’s potential contribution, but its presence should not be assumed before the trigger is met.

Expedition effects have different beneficiaries

SkillLevel-5 effect
Enmiring VinesAll friendly troops have a 50% chance when attacking to increase enemy damage taken by 50%
PlantageFriendly Infantry take 25% less damage; friendly Lancers deal 25% more damage
Confusion PollenEvery four turns, enemy Infantry take 30% more damage and enemy Marksmen deal 30% less damage, lasting two turns

Plantage protects your Infantry and improves your Lancers’ offense. Confusion Pollen instead names enemy troop types: it makes opposing Infantry more vulnerable while weakening opposing Marksmen’s outgoing damage. Neither description promises the same effect for every class on both sides.

Enmiring Vines is chance-based. Confusion Pollen follows a recurring turn schedule, with a two-turn effect every four turns. Do not turn these into an always-active combined damage bonus or substitute seconds for turns.

Kernel of Plenty

Venom’s Heart adds poison to vines and Adoria Roses. At weapon skill level 5, affected targets take damage equal to 25% of Attack every half-second for two seconds. This is damage over time, distinct from Rosebloom’s opening hit.

Fruit of Life increases Defender Troops’ Health by 15% at skill level 5. Despite the restorative theme, the listed Expedition effect is a Health attribute increase rather than an explicit troop-healing action.

Acquisition and development

Hall of Heroes and Foundry Shop are listed acquisition routes, subject to state progression and current rewards. Mythic General Hero Shards can develop Flora after she has been summoned. Recruitment takes 10 shards, then the five promotion stages require 1,065 more: 1,075 in total.

Her displayed Lancer Attack and Defense are 1,621.29% each. Hero and weapon figures on this page are reference values.
